We wish to express a total and entire support to Ukraine and Ukrainians attacked by Russia on 24 February 2022. We publish a newsletter to testify our Solidarity to Ukraine on each first day of the month ; the 21st issue was published the 1st of November 2023, all issues are available on https://www.iriv-publications.net/?lang=en
Last issue of our Newsletter on Diversity was published the 15th of November 2023 and dedicated to the diversity in the medias. The former issue was published the 20th of March 2023 and focused on Diversity in the South. All issues of the Newsletter are available on http://www.superdiversite.net.
Next issue of our electronic review was published on the 5th of December 2023 - "horizon". The last issue was published the 27th of May 2023, dedicated to "resistance". The various issues of our electronic journal are available on www.benevolat.net. Our electronic journal, created in 2004, sheds light on Volunteering and Lifelong Education & Training, based on a common theme. If you want to submit an article to us - contact us.
In the framework of its projects, the iriv has coordinated several ebooks. In 2023, Think Diverse- a handbook on creativity to defend diversity (in France, Spain and Italy and in the European Union with an international perspective). In 2021, the iriv edited 3 final publications (ebook) - for the GRIT project, for the CLASS project and for the DiverPass project.

The iriv & its president attend conferences, deliver lectures, participate to European seminars or trainings. The president of iriv is a member of the scientific committees of the Swiss Foundation ECAP (since 2015) and of the Commitee for associations of the Order of French expert accountants (OEC) in Ile de France (since 2017).
The president of iriv will attend the scientific committees of the ECAP Foundation to be held in Zurich the 1st of December 2023.
She was involved in the preparation of the second edition of the Journée du Monde associatif 2023 (JMA 2023) on the 4th of July 2023, in Paris. She will deliver a webinaire on sport, the 7th of December 2023.
In partnership with the World Trade Center of Rennes (WTC) and the Breton start-up «What a job», the president of iriv organised a seminar in Rennes to present the European eMoCC project on mobility.
For La Courte échelle, an association in Sèvres offering educational support, the president of the iriv offered a training of two sessions in May and June 2023
The president of iriv has renewed its collaboration with Ressources Urbaines, in Grigny (Essonne), on the 10th of December 2022 and has offred a series of trainings on migration (overview, Youth & Women) in March & April 2023.
As French partner of the Erasmus project "Think Diverse!" , the iriv organized a conference on Friday 24 March 2023 (10h-13h) at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (Salle Agora) in Paris - "Create to defend diversity" together with a team of film students (CLCF and EICAR) who presented illustrations of the diversity in PAris (France).
The president of iriv was in charge of a month's mission (January 2023) for an association specialising in health to provide the report of one year's activity (2022) and pave the way for the future (projects & financial plan).

The iriv & its president attend conferences, deliver lectures, participate to European seminars or trainings. The president of iriv is a member of the scientific committees of the Swiss Foundation ECAP and of the Commitee for associations of the Order of French expert accountants (OEC).
For the ECAP, the president of iriv will attend next scientific committee in December 2023 to be held in Zurich (Switzerland) to update the presentation of the European project eMoCC dedicated to mobility in Europe
As French partner of the eMoCC project, the iriv in partnership with the World Trade Center of Rennes (WTC) and the Breton start-up «What a job», held a seminar in Rennes in June nto present the different steps and milestones of the eMoCC with the particiation of the WTC partners (schools, universities, companies...).
The president of iriv has ctively contributed to the Committee of associations of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Ile de France since 2017. In 2023, she has been involved in the second edition of the Journée du Monde associatif 2023 (JMA 2023) held the 5th of July 2023. She has also contributed to a couple of workshops, a first one will be focussed on "Cooperation among associations" in February, another one on Sport on the 7th of December 2023.
As French partner of the Erasmus project "Think Diverse!" , the iriv organizes a conference at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (Salle Agora) in Paris - "Create to defend diversity". It was aimed at professionals accompanying young people on the labour market and all the key actors in charge of diversity (associations, companies signatory to the diversity charter, local authorities, educational institutions). A team of film students (CLCF and EICAR) illustrated diversity in France.
With Urban Resources, the president of the iriv has renewed her collaboration by delivering a speech in December 10, 2022 in Grigny (Essonne) on "An overview on volunteerism". She was then involved in a series of training courses on diversity and how to value a migratory route in Essonne and Val de MArne - Migratory Path (March 2023); Women in migration (March and April 2023) and Youth in migration (April 2023).
For La Courte échelle, an association in Sèvres offering educational support, the president of the iriv offered a training of two sessions on Thursdays 25 May and 8 June 2023
In January 2023, she was in charge of a coordination mission for an association (CPTS 15) in a district in Paris. It consisted in providing a report for the first year of activity (2022) in order to pave the way for the future (projects & financial plan). The association aims at developing and facilitating a network of health professionals. This community was created as part of the health plan "Ma santé 2022: un engagement collectif" with the aim to improve the organization of city care to address the challenges of outpatient medicine and develop a harmonious coordination between city and hospital medicine. In 2023, the iriv coordinates the last part of the Think Diverse (2021-2023) project dedicated to creativity to defend diversity by editing the final publication (a manual on managment of diversity) and by organising both a meeting (Thursday 23rd of March) in Paris (including a Path for Diversity) and a conference at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (Friday 24th of March).

In 2023, the iriv continues its experiment of the European project eMoCC- encouraging mobility (2021-2024). An experiment of the online course for career advisors begins in October until December 2023, in Brittany, Savoie and Ile de France. Registration is free but mandatory by sending a mail to contact@iriv.net .
In March 2023 the iriv organized the final meeting of the Think Diverse project in Paris with the European delegation. The first day offered in Paris a journey of Diversity (7 emblematic places in the center of Paris - Notre Dame, the Mémoiral de la Shoah, the IMA, the MAHJ, the banks of Paris, the BNF and the Cinémathèque); on the second day a conference was held at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. The European team presented its work; two examples of good practices were presented for France with the association Faisceau convergent (annual short film festival) and the business school ESSEC (a Fresque de la diversité ); an international opening was made (with the screening of short films selected during the Festival "les couleurs du court").

iriv conseil is associated with two European projects in 2023: Think diverse (2021-2023) & eMOOC (2021-2023). He began a new collaboration with the Communauté territoriale de santé (CPTS) of the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
Think Diverse (2021-2023) is run by an Italian organisation Eurosviluppo in 3 countries: Italy (Eurosviluppo, Skill up and an artistic venue in Trastevere), France (iriv & a theatre association), and Spain (Neotalentway & a design school in Granada). The goal of Think Diverse is to offer training courses on the theme of creativity in order to enhance this competence in order to support young people in their professional careers. It ends in April 2023 - a show is scheduled in March 2023 and a final publication coordinated by the iriv "A manual on diversity management".

The eMOOC (2021-2023) is run by an Italian university in 4 countries: Italy (Catholic University of Milan), France (iriv), Germany (TÜr an Tür) and Spain (Documenta). It aims to design online courses for professionals who accompany migrants in their transition to the labour market. The eMOOC is designed and tested in all 4 countries and combines both theoretical and practical content. The first stage (2022) consisted in interviewing 4 groups of people concerned by mobility (including one who has not succeeded in their mobility); the second stage (2023) prepares a MOOC for career integration counsellors to accompany expatriation candidates.
