The iriv is editing the final publication of the project "Think Diverse!": a diversity management manual (in France, Spain and Italy and in the European Union with an international perspective). In the framework of its projects, the iriv has coordinated several ebooks. In 2021, the president of iriv edited 3 final publications (ebook) - for the GRIT project, for the CLASS project and for the DiverPass project ; in 2023, she will edited a final publication for the "Think Diverse project".

The iriv & its president attend conferences, deliver lectures, participate to European seminars or trainings. The president of iriv is a member of the scientific committees of the Swiss Foundation ECAP (since 2015) and of the Commitee for associations of the Order of French expert accountants (OEC) in Ile de France (since 2017).
As French partner of the Erasmus project "Think Diverse!" , the iriv organizes a conference on Friday 24 March 2023 (10h-13h) at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (Salle Agora) in Paris - "Create to defend diversity". It is aimed at professionals accompanying young people on the labour market and all the key actors in charge of diversity (associations, companies signatory to the diversity charter, local authorities, educational institutions). A team of film students (CLCF and EICAR) will present illustrations of this diversity in France.
The president of iriv is involved in the preparation of the second edition of the Yearly Day for the Associations to be held the 5th of July 2023, in Paris. She will attend the scientific committees of the ECAP Foundation to be held in Zurich in April and October 2023.
The president of iriv has renewed its collaboration with Ressources Urbaines, in Grigny (Essonne), on the 10th of December 2022 and is preparing other trainings in springtime 2023.
The president of iriv was in charge of a month's mission (January 2023) for an association specialising in health to provide the report of one year's activity (2022) and pave the way for the future (projects & financial plan).

The participation is free but the number of participants is limites, the registration is complusory at contact (a) iriv.net.
The president actively contributes to the Committee of associations of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Ile de France since 2017. In 2023, she is involved in the second edition of the Yearly day for associations to be held the 5th of July 2023. She will also contribute to a couple of workshops, a first one will be focussed on "Cooperation among associations".
For the ECAP, the president of iriv will attend next scientific committee in April 2023 to be held in Zurich (Switzerland). She should update the European project eMoCC dedicated to mobility in Europe
The president of iriv renewed with its collaboration with Ressources Urbaines, in Grigny (Essonne) with "An overview of volunteering in France" in December 2022 in Grigny ; she should participate to new trainings dedicated to diversity and a migratory path in springtime 2023.
In January 2023, she was in charge of a coordination mission for an association (CPTS 15) in a district in Paris. It consisted in providing a report for the first year of activity (2022) in order to pave the way for the future (projects & financial plan). The association aims at developing and facilitating a network of health professionals. This community was created as part of the health plan "Ma santé 2022: un engagement collectif" with the aim to improve the organization of city care to address the challenges of outpatient medicine and develop a harmonious coordination between city and hospital medicine. In 2023, the iriv coordinates the last part of the Think Diverse (2021-2023) project dedicated to creativity to defend diversity by editing the final publication (a manual on managment of diversity) and by organising both a meeting (Thursday 23rd of March) in Paris (including a Path for Diversity) and a conference at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (Friday 24th of March).
Iriv, French partner of the European project eMOOC (2021-2024) dedicated to mobility in Europe, continues its experimentation in 2023 in collaboration with the French start-up What a job that offers support to young people wishing to find an internship or prepare a first experience of mobility.

In 2023 the iriv organises a two day meeting with the European team on the 23rd and 24th of March 2023. The first day takes place in Paris streets (7 famous places illustrating Diversity) ; the second day offers a conference at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (Salle Agora) with a presentation of the results achieved by the Eureoman team (first part) ; a second part dedicated to examples of best practices in Diversity - Faisceau convergent and its short film festival dedicated to Diversity and the ESSEC with its smart game on Diversity; a third part is dedicated to a discusssion on Diversity at stake worlwide in 2023 (Lebanon, war in Ukraine...).
In 2023, the iriv continues its experiment of the European project eMoCC- encourage mobility (2021-2024) with the French start-up "What a job" whose vocation is to accompany young people for an expatriation project (internships, LIFE, other experiences abroad...). The next step is to prepare a MOOC for advisors responsible for preparing candidates for mobility.

iriv conseil is associated with two European projects in 2023: Think diverse (2021-2023) & eMOOC (2021-2023). He began a new collaboration with the Communauté territoriale de santé (CPTS) of the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
Think Diverse (2021-2023) is run by an Italian organisation Eurosviluppo in 3 countries: Italy (Eurosviluppo, Skill up and an artistic venue in Trastevere), France (iriv & a theatre association), and Spain (Neotalentway & a design school in Granada). The goal of Think Diverse is to offer training courses on the theme of creativity in order to enhance this competence in order to support young people in their professional careers. It ends in April 2023 - a show is scheduled in March 2023 and a final publication coordinated by the iriv "A manual on diversity management".

The eMOOC (2021-2023) is run by an Italian university in 4 countries: Italy (Catholic University of Milan), France (iriv), Germany (TÜr an Tür) and Spain (Documenta). It aims to design online courses for professionals who accompany migrants in their transition to the labour market. The eMOOC is designed and tested in all 4 countries and combines both theoretical and practical content. The first stage (2022) consisted in interviewing 4 groups of people concerned by mobility (including one who has not succeeded in their mobility); the second stage (2023) prepares a MOOC for career integration counsellors to accompany expatriation candidates.
