Matinale du Comité associations de l'OEC Ile de France - décembre 2023
Participation of the president of iriv in the morning proposed by the Association Committee of the Order of Chartered Accountants (OEC) of Ile de France on the theme of sport financing in collaboration with Evelyne Ciriegi, President of the Regional Olympic and Sports Committee of Ile de France (CROSIF) and an accountant invested in the Swimming Federation (especially water polo). Eco-volontariat - juin 2023
Interview given by the president of the iriv to the site NowU which addresses young people on subjects that concern them, such as eco-volunteering. The president of the iriv wanted to alert young people who would like to engage in volunteer missions abroad about the NGOs that host them, the framework of their intervention and the pitfalls of certain organizations presenting themselves as "not for profit" while they are tourism organizations doing "greenwashing".
Think Diverse - mai 2023
The Italian project partner Think Diverse has published a final post thanking the European team for their participation in this important project: encouraging creativity to defend diversity. The final publication coordinated by the iriv consists of a diversity management manual offering an international panorama (iriv), then a national approach of the three facets addressed by the project (Skill up & Eurosviluppo, Neotalentway, iriv): gender and sexual orientation, mental health, culture and religion. The experiments carried out in the three countries using the "creative sets" made by the artistic partners (TAG, Curva Polar and Lirac) allowed us to analyse which themes were the most sensitive to explain to young people to train professionals. Examples of good practices were suggested: festival of diversity (short films by the association Faisceau convergent), journey of diversity (proposed to PAris by the iriv at the last European meeting), all using media familiar to young people (videos that become real short films when they have required editing, directing...).

nterview of the president of the iriv for an article by Pablo Paturin on the 45,000 future volunteers of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games (JOP) and the action of activists who denounce an «antisocial» company and wish to volunteer to hinder the event, which they consider harmful for the planet and the inhabitants of the working-class neighborhoods. The president of the iriv suggests a more nuanced approach - OJ volunteers are happy and proud to attend a major event for sport even though they understand that this media showcase is being used by activists to denounce the problems posed by the organization of these major events (environment, inclusion of all...). Both logics are perfectly legitimate.

OEC Paris & Ile de France - février 2023
2023 is the European Year of Competence. With cooperation, these are the two essential conditions to ensure the sustainability of an association in the face of declining public or private funding. Competition is increasingly strong between associations despite the growing needs of beneficiaries (public associations). The phenomenon has worsened in more uncertain times with a troubled geopolitics (Covid pandemic and war in Ukraine). Associations must cooperate to pool their resources and skills while respecting their associative project and remaining free of their initiatives. This webinar provides good reasons for cooperation, and suggests effective strategies for successful cooperation, while illustrating suggestions with practical examples. The president of the iriv has been participating in the work of the Comité associations de l'ordre des experts-comptables de Paris Ile de France (OEC Paris IdF) since 2017. This wébinaire was proposed at the JMA in July 2022, and takes up all its topicality in February 2023.

For the ACI-Catholic Action of Independent Circles (ACI), the president of the iriv attended the Summer Universities held from 14th to 17th of July 2022 in Dijon (Bourgogne, France). She chaired the third round table dedicated to - “Involvement: condition of a fraternal and supportive society”. Two witnesses spoke about their involvements (in an association, in a regional council), the president of the iriv suggested an analysis of their involvement, their impact on society, and its recognition and the specificity of such an involvement within the Catholic Church, at the crossroads in 2022.
Ateliers artistiques Think Diverse - mai 2022
Presentation of the training offered to professionals accompanying young audiences (18-35 years) to promote creativity and defend diversity in the labour market, by a French team combining Adult Education and Theatre Improvisation as part of the Erasmus project "Think Diverse!" (2021-2023) coordinated by Eurosviluppo in Italy, France and Germany. The French team is composed of the iriv (created in 1997) - a research institute on lifelong learning and the Lirac (created in 2003) which developed Sport theater in France. The workshop combines a creative approach and awareness of situations of discrimination from which young people may be victims, sometimes perpetrators (through discriminatory statements or behaviours). It proposes an original pedagogical strategy based on both theory and practice, based on the experience of professionals (Kolb cycle of Adult Education); the French creative approach is inspired by theatrical improvisation. The workshop takes place at the Cité des Métiers.

The president of the iriv contributed (reviewing of the first publication) to an Austrian project, supported financially by the Erasmus programme, dedicated to urban art- Urb'Art. This original project is a response to the COVID-19 crisis, which has hindered cross-cultural exchanges and affected the creative education sector. It has implemented innovative formats for education (digital), communication, participation and dissemination. Its aim is to support low-skilled adults in marginalized communities through urban arts education activities and concepts. The goal of the project is the social inclusion and empowerment of these target groups through scientific studies and technical literature on the potentials of urban arts education, an awareness of the key actors involved in adult education - social workers, professionals in the arts and culture sector, independent educators and artists, as well as decision-makers and decision-makers.
Superdiversité - janvier 2022
This portal is dedicated to diversity in the spirit defined by the American researcher Steven Vertovec and his approach of "superdiversity (Ethnic and Racial Studies, Taylor & Francis, Routledge, 2007). Diversity is the frontside, the “luminous” side of discrimination which is its backside, its dark side. Managing diversity is a way to fight against discrimination; both issues must be tackled at the same time.
The "superdiversity" portal is addressing leaders and decision-makers to support them in managing diversity and combating discrimination.
It suggests: a newsletter published since 2018 - available in French, English and Arabic ; a selection of notions, tackling all facets of diversity (gender, ethnic origin, religion, identity or sexual orientation, etc.) and situations of discrimination ; topics & thematics provide a better understanding of the content of diversity and the public policies & strategies implemented ; modules suggested by the training is intended to support a fair management of diversity and in particular to build strategies to fight discrimination to promote real equal opportunity ; and resources are meant to illustrate the training - educational resources, video resources or weblogs (developed within the framework of projects on diversity - accessible on www.club-iriv.net)

The PROVE project is presented by the president of iriv with the explanation of the 3 intellectual outputs designed - the competence model, the self-assessment tool and the resource data (available in the learning toolbox). The Catholic University del Sacro Cuore di Milano (UNICATT) implemented a website dedicated to refugees in Italy on the basis of the Espar model for which the Iriv was the Frech expert. The balance of competencies model ESPaR is a career counseling path that helps refugees to become aware of their skills and resources, to know realistically how well they can employ them in the labor market and to develop an open attitude towards new careers, sometimes more satisfying than those initially desired. It mainly uses the group and the autobiographical narrative. The latter is free at the beginning because it is aimed at recovering and giving new meaning to their past experiences. Subsequently, it becomes more and more precise and focused, in order to help them to identify and describe, in a reliable and comprehensible way, their training and working experiences and, from these, their professional skills.
