Bénédicte Halba, doctor in Economics, is the founding president of the Institute for Research and Information on Volunteering (iriv). She dedicated her thesis to Economics of sport in Europe (University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, 1996), published at Economica's editors (Paris, 1997). She worked for the Ministry for Youth and Sports (1991- 1994) ; she was in charge of a study Economic impact of sport in 12 European countries (published by Dalloz, Paris, 1995). She was an expert for the Council of Europe at the workshops Economic impact of sport and Volunteering (Strasbourg, 1992 to 1994). In 1997, she created the iriv with the aim to improve knowledge and practice within the nonprofit sector and Lifelong Learning. She is responsible for the studies,training programmes, publications and for the implementation of its websites. She has attended or organised several national or EU conferences. She edits the electronic review les rives de l'iriv since 2004 and iriv's newsletter de Paris à Berlin aux autres mondes dedicated to migration since 20016. She edits iriv's publications on a specific platform - www.iriv-publications.net. The pilot EU project Leonardo da Vinci she initiated and directed in 7 EU countries (2003–2006), Assessing a Voluntary experience-VAEB (www.iriv-vaeb.net) was awarded in Helsinki in 2006 for excellent practice in addressing the priorities of the Copenhagen process and promoting an enhanced European cooperation in Vocational Education and Training. The pioneer project Migrapass (2010-2012) she initiated in 5 EU countries together with a French association has been the touchstone of the monthly Club she co-founded at the Cité des Métiers de Paris -since 2012. The project Success at School through Volunteering she initiated together with the University of Northampton in 6 EU countries was the touchstone of the monthly action Volunteering among youngsters in Massy implemented together with the College Blaise Pascal - since 2013. She is a lecturer at the University in Europe since 2000 (France, Austria, UK). She was member of the board of several French associations : Cicos (2007-2011) , Assfam (2011-2014) or FISPE (2015-2017). She is a member of the scientific committee of the Swiss Foundation ECAP since 2015 and member of the committee Associations of the Regional Order of the Expert accountants (OEC) since 2017. Each month she is involved on the ground in the actions implemented by iriv among migrants - at the Cité des Métiers and among youngsters - in Massy (www.club-iriv.net).

She is a teacher at the National Conservatory for Arts & Trades (CNAM) in PAris- she is in charge of the Unit "audit". She is supporting interns for the Regional Council of Expert accounters qui are preparing their State diploma (36 months). She is often working on the French territory to train expert accounters and their co-workers. She is a treasurer at iriv since 2018.

Graduate in Master Management & International Trade- Spanish speaking World (University of Paris Creteil- UPEC), Annette-Laure has been working since November 2018 at Business France to council and support candidates for Volunteering in French companies abroad (VIE). Previously she has been involved in the organization of professional event for the marketing agency BBCM (October-November 2018). For her internship during her second year of Master, she was involved in the department “Organising and managing actions meant to promote France among Spanish tour operators & travel agencies” among Atout France (April-September 2018).  She holds a Bachelor in Art in foreign languages English/Spanish-affairs and trade (University Paris 3 Censier, 2016). She passed a Baccalaureate specializing in literature and languages (Academy of Creteil, 2013). During her second year of bachelor’s degree, she was an intern in Malaga (Spain), in an event company. She has also worked for 2 years as sales adviser at Galeries Lafayette Montparnasse in Paris as a student job.

Eve-Marie Halba is agrégée in French Grammar. She is a member of the board of iriv after having been its general (2001-2016). Doctor in French literature (Université Paris IV- Sorbonne, 2000), she defended a thesis on Renaut de Montauban, epic of an outcast focused on the banishment of a French epic hero in the XIIIth century (available at Septentrion publishers). She has published : La grammaire est un jeu (Librio, Paris, 2010); Recettes d'orthographe et d'expression française (Ellipses, Paris, 2009 ); Petit manuel de stylistique (De Boeck, Bruxelles, 2008) ; Petite grammaire française (Ellipses, Paris, 2002). She has illustrated several numeros of the rives de l'iriv together with iriv's website with her genuine water colours. She was the co-founder of the electronic review - les rives de l'iriv (www.benevolat.net) in 2004 and has been a redactor since then -http://www.iriv-publications.net/.

Christiane ADJOVI is a teacher (since 2016). She was previously a teacher in French as a foreign Language (FLE) and Alphabétisation (2006-2015) at the association Atouts Cours. Graduate in Sociology  and Anthropology (Master, University of Cotonou, Benin, 1999) and in Dynamics of Populations (DESS/Master 2, University of Cotonou, Benin 2001), she is also graduate in  Educational Sciences (University Paris VIII, 2015). She was in charge of assessing Volunteering among an association Zy’Va (Nanterre, 2006). Graduate in  architecture from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico (2003), Vanessa holds a Master in Urbanism at the University Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne (2010). She has worked for seven years in France (2010-2017). She was involved in projects of modern architecture focused on design and scenography for the exhibition « Global Award for  sustainable architecture » during her internship at the Cité of the Architecture and Hertiage (PAris). She also worked for rehabilitation and protection of Heritage and implementation of projects of shops in Paris.  Back to Mexico, she created her own business of architecture based on her double education and professional experience. Graduate in Business law  - DEUA (university Degree in Applied Studies) from the Bouzarea University (Algers,2002), she has worked as a lawyer for one of the biggest company of Oil in Algeria. After 13 years of work and experience,  she moved on to the South of Algeria to run several associations with foreign partners from different countries. Camilla Bistrussu is graduate in Master of Science “Organizational Psychology: Human Resources, Marketing and Communication” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan (Italy). In 2019, she carried out an internship in the Human Resources of Coesia S.p.a. She worked at the Department of Learning &Internal communication, where she designed and implemented a new six-sigma induction process for the head office and the subsidiaries of Coesia. Her thesis was dedicated to a case study which stresses the importance of having a well-structured induction process in the era of change, diversity and interculturality. In 2017, she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan (Italy). At Iriv (from April 2020 to April 2021), Camilla is involved in different European projects combining a French and European implementation tackling the issue of diversity (learning, learners and environments). Firstly the DiverPass project is meant to design a guidance for professionals to support migrants. Secondly  the CLASS project meant to design a suite of tools for  teachers and staff of the Third Sector working with children. Thirdly the PROVE project, a competence model for practitioners in validation. Lastly the  GRIT project suggesting a  mentoring for professionals to equip teachers working in sensitive areas with the Growth mindset approach among their students.
